Who We Are
MEET THE CEO OF VIOSKITCHENS
Viola Ugwuede is the Chief Executive Officer of VIOSKITCHENS and Vio’s Catering Institute and Event Management who hails from Enugu State, Nigeria.
She is a passionate baker and a craft oriented person as well, of which, physically, emotionally and financially, she is highly committed for making the best use of her talent as entrusted by God.
She graduated from Landmark catering academy where she obtained her professional diploma in catering and later started working with WHASSAN catering company where she acquired more physical knowledge and later resigned to establish her own career. In 2003, she started her career by opening a business known as Vio’s Bridals where cakes, event decorations and wedding gowns were sold for all events. Through the encouragement and support of her husband, she later attended PME professional Diploma Course were she gained more knowledge on cakes and cake decorating on sugar craft. She furthered her dreams by opening a catering institute, popularly known as Vio’s Catering Institute and Event Management where men, women and youth enrolled to empower and develop themselves on different types of skills to acquire professional certificate.
She now owns a firm called VIOSKITCHENS where she trains and develops students one on one through hands-on classes.
Here in Nigeria, Mrs. Viola Ugwuede has instructed and demonstrated in many seminars organized by several organisations with many awards.
Viola is happily married to Okechukwu Ugwuede, a civil servant with one of Nigeria’s most prominent companies and they are blessed with four lovely children
